DASH Signature provides exclusive high intensity interval treadmill classes for performance-driven athletes of all levels. Our cutting-edge programming consists of a 55-minute journey where you own your pace for challenging sprints, jogs, hills, and recoveries for a 35-minute epic run. Our Signature class ends with a series of exercises that work to build member’s abdominal muscles and core work to maximize your workout and enhance total body performance.

DASH Signature & Sculpt provides exclusive high intensity interval treadmill classes for performance-driven athletes of all levels. Our certified coaches have created cutting-edge programming to lead DASH members on a 55-minute journey where you own your pace for challenging sprints, jogs, hills, and recoveries for an epic 35-minute run. During Signature & Sculpt, our programming intervals include a mix of traditional dumbbell movements and core work to maximize your full body performance.

DASH AF3 (AS FAR, AS FAST, AF)

DASH AF3 provides exclusive high intensity interval treadmill classes for performance-driven athletes of all levels. During DASH AF3, athletes will maximize their running potential by working on longer, endurance-based intervals and will start racking up the miles! Our certified coaches have created cutting-edge programming to lead DASH members on a 45-minute journey where you own your pace for challenging sprints, jogs, hills & recoveries to maximize your run.

DASH Altitude

DASH Altitude offers a high intensity and low impact hiking simulation to take your training to the next summit. Altitude will improve your overall endurance, while offering a mix of extreme inclines and short recoveries at a fast walking pace.
