Caitlin's love of running started in elementary school when her dad would take her to the local track and time her running laps. This led to Caitlin eventually competing in the 100 and 300 meter hurdles at the collegiate level. After a 10 year running hiatus she has renewed her love of running through interval training. Caitlin brings three years of group fitness and treadmill coaching to the team. Small but mighty, expect some serious energy from Caitlin. Her coaching style will leave you feeling empowered and sweaty!
